A life long resident of Toronto – Nigel has deep roots in the community. Raised in the private enclave of Thorncrest Village, Nigel now resides in the beautiful Bloor West Village. It is an honour and a privilege to have grown up and now practice in such fabulous surroundings – I truly have a great deal to be thankful for.
One of Nigel’s first jobs was working at the exclusive St. George’s Golf & Country Club. It was a tremendous learning experience to work so closely with some of Etobicoke’s most successful residents – it taught me many of the fundamentals for success at an early stage in my life. While attending University Nigel also spent time learning to manage the family business: a successful national wholesale distribution company. Although the lucrative opportunity to take on the reins was tempting, Nigel decided his future lay elsewhere and chose instead to build a business of his own. I decided that Real Estate would be an excellent fit for me. It is an industry that is starved for change. I love working with people; and at its highest levels, Real Estate is a very demanding on-the-go business that I thrive on.
Nigel understands the high level of responsibility entrusted in him by his clients. Not only can the wrong decision affect the quality of my clients life day to day, but selling and buying a home successfully can mean the difference of ten's if not hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of ownership.
When selling a home, Nigel's attention to detail is almost obsessive. If your goal is to attain top dollar in the shortest amount of time, than no detail is too small. With that in mind, Nigel employs a marketing strategy that is second to none. As a real estate agent you have to spend money to make money – that is why I spend more on RELEVANT marketing that gets my clients results when selling their homes.
When assisting his clients purchase their homes, Nigel identifies and applies three important skill sets: Listening – Market Knowledge – Patience. If you never lose sight of these fundamentals your client will always reach their goal.
