Jim knows what he's doing, and he does it very, very well. Jim helped us with a fairly lengthy search for our perfect house, providing a tailored review of available properties based on our criteria and offering invaluable information and guidance regarding the properties we viewed. He would let us form our own opinion first and ask us to share it with him, then he would provide insight into things that we had touched on and other things that we had overlooked, both pros and cons. He was an absolute wealth of information, which we really appreciated, and he was never pushy, pressuring, or anything less than friendly and informative. We found this to be a very helpful approach. We quickly realized that we could trust Jim's knowledge and advice with respect to the market and our properties of interest.
Jim also guided us through the preparation and listing of our existing home at a very different price point. Selling a house in this real estate market is challenging to say the least and we were faced with hiring the right agent. Our criteria was to sell quickly at the best possible price.
